Refund Policy

We understand that skin reactions can occur, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and treatments.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

We offer refunds for products only if you experience an obvious adverse reaction or allergy to them within 7 days of receiving them.

To request a refund for a product due to an adverse reaction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your request and confirm the adverse reaction, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Online Booking Deposits: We DO NOT offer refunds for deposits paid online for change of mind. You will receive salon credit and your credit can be used towards a treatment on another date, your credit never expires.

Reactions to Treatments: We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for reactions to facial treatments; however, we offer complimentary light therapy to aid in the recovery process. 

Please note that in some cases, facials can lead to breakouts, dry skin or purges.

We reserve the right to determine if the reaction is a normal outcome or an actual adverse reaction. If we determine that the reaction is a normal outcome of the treatment, you will not receive complimentary light therapy. However, we will do everything we can to guide you through the process and provide assistance for at-home care to speed up the recovery. (Typical outcomes of a facial that do not warrant a complementary treatment are breakouts, purges, and dry and flaky skin.)
