Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. Diandra Politano PTY LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and will not replace a voucher that has been lost or stolen. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher may be redeemed for services and any product except for Rationale skincare, you cannot use your voucher to purchase Rationale products or another voucher.

You are permitted to convert a specific treatment into the dollar value of your voucher. Please note that all vouchers with allocated services or promotions may be subject to fees if prices at the clinic increase during the 3-year validity period. 

To avoid potential fees due to price increases, we recommend using your voucher within 1 year of issuance.
