1. Cream Cleanse // A Hydrating Massage Cleanse

With a clean make-up free and dry face, layer a generous amount of cream cleanse all over. Take a few deep breaths. Starting at the mid brow focus energy into your fingertips applying deep pressure. Move cleanser around the face in circular motions.  

Take 10 – 15 minutes and massage in the cleanser, this gets the blood flowing and allows everything to work deeper into the skin. 

Hot towel off. 

Repeat or use your favourite foam cleanser to double cleanse. 

2. NUORI Clarity Mask // A Deep Clean and Boost

Apply a walnut size amount of mask with your fingertips. Work it into the skin. Remove after 20mins 

(use the time to dry body brush or exfoliate your arms and legs)

Optional tip for breakouts – Pour boiling water into a bowl and use a large towel to cover your head and steam your face.  

3. Sleep Glycolic // A Gentle Peel

Smooth a pea-sized amount of Sleep Glycolic onto the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Do not remove. This works into the skin overnight. Mild tingling is normal, especially on breakouts. 

4. Ultimate Recovery Sheet Mask // To lock in moisture and calm the skin

After sleep glycolic is fully absorbed, this mask will hydrate and plump the skin. 

Apply the sheet mask for 10 minutes. Then remove the sheet. 

Massage in residual and apply the contents of the Advanced Night Restore sachet. 

Then let the magic work while you sleep.
